Terms of Services
Poop Scooping
Yards with tall grass, rocks & debris will have additional charges. Decks and concrete are an extra charge of $5 per yard. If your yard has a lot of debris and leaves, some poop may be missed. One time clean up starts at $55. Monthly contract has a $35 fee for first time clean up and $20 for each additional 5 gallon bucket. Please note your first bill will include your monthly fee, the first time clean up fee, and any additional bucket fees. If thirty days pass since our service, first time fee will reapply. We will need access to gate locks or codes if yard is locked. If your pet has had a loose stool, we may need access to a water hose.
Pet Sitting
Prices are subject to change depending on distance and emergency services. Prices are per day (not night), if we have to stay past 8 am. Pets need to have feeding instructions and enough food for the duration of the stay. Please provide the time of your departure and arrival. Please provide Wi-Fi information for overnight stays only. Non-refundable $50 deposit/cancellation fee that will be applied towards final bill. We may put a Rocco’s Out and About sign in the yard for the duration of our stay.
Pop-Ins
We will need to have entrance into your home. We will need to do a meet and greet before the first service. If there is no yard, there needs to be proper handling tools and poop bags.
Walking
Pets will need proper handling tools (collar, leash, poop bags, etc.).
Transportation
Ramp available. Call about length and trips.
WEATHER: Weather conditions apply to all walking and waste removal services. We will only work in normal weather conditions. Heat advisories, heavy rain or snow, flooding, freezing temperatures, are examples of extreme weather conditions we will not work in. If your service must be cancelled due to weather, there are no refunds.
HOLIDAYS: Certain holidays may have additional charges.
